for the fly screen, aluminum thickness 1.6 mm.
- Right side of the guide rail profile (AF 602) measuring 13.2 X 3.5 mm with double brush
gaskets, aluminum thickness is 1.6 mm.
- Left side of the guide rail profile (AF 603) measuring 13.2 X 3.5 cm with double brush
gaskets, Aluminum thickness is 1.6 mm.
- Upper and lower sides of the window or door wing profile (AF 604) measuring 7.2 X
3.5cm with double brush gasket, a track for wheels fixation, Aluminum thickness
is 1.6 mm.
- The middle section of the window or door profile (AF 605) measuring 6.5 X 4.5 cm
with double brush gaskets, Aluminum thickness is 1.6 mm.

heavy duty metal wheels of smooth sliding and a special plastic piece on the upper and

- Fly screen profile (AF 612) measuring 5.6 X 2.5 cm for the side parts, aluminum

This system can take only double layers of glass and that is as follows:-
- Two layers of 6 mm glass isolated by 12mm drilled Aluminum spacer frame, filled with
moisture absorbent grains with BOTYLE on the frame sides for glass insulation. And
POLYSULPHIDE mastic adhesive between the two layers of glass and the spacer on the
outer frame, the space in between the two layers is Oxygen deflated and replaced with
Argon Gas to insure full insulation.
